Stretching is a big thing right now. If you haven’t been, then you should start. There are so many benefits to stretching, but if you’re able to do it at this point- do it! It will help with circulation and cramps. Plus, help loosen things to get baby into position.

And then some, like sleeping, labor, and widening your hips for baby’s arrival. So, get to stretching Mama.
