HELLO THIRD TRIMESTER! HOME STRETCH BABY!

Keep things comfortable and safe. If you’ve been exercising, you may need to modify your routine so it doesn’t set you into early labor.

Pregnancy massages are amazing. I recommend having at least one throughout pregnancy. Even just going in the room and laying on that comfy table with a hole for your belly is ah-mazing! Now is a good time for one of those if you haven’t already.
