You

You’re growing something amazing! Babies born at this point can survive, but will have months in intensive care and may have some disabilities.

At your next appointment you may have a glucose test. You’ll have to drink a bunch of sugar, wait an hour and then they will check you for gestational diabetes. Or as I like to call it “the sugars/sugas/shoogas/.”

Sometimes during pregnancy, our placental hormones cause high blood sugar. Everything should go back to normal after baby is born though.

The glucose test is performed any time during the 24th and 28th weeks, it may have been performed early if you’re high risk for diabetes or have sugar in your urine early on.

More baby products for your registry! This time we’re checking into middle of the night game changers Baby sleep Products. You’ll want to get baby to sleep faster so you can get more sleep.
